  • To book our space, simply submit an inquiry through our website. Rentals include access to all listed amenities, such as seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, and a lounge area. Food & beverage catering, mobile bars, and additional services are available upon request.

  • Event insurance requirements depend on the type of rental.

    • Full-scale events (parties, networking events, corporate gatherings, etc.) must obtain event insurance to cover potential liabilities. We can recommend trusted providers or guide you through the process. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the event.

    • Workshops, coworking sessions, and photoshoots do not require insurance unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.

  • Yes, a cleaning fee is applied based on the type of event and duration of your rental. Standard rentals include basic cleaning, but larger events or those with catering and bar service may require an additional cleaning fee, which will be outlined in your booking agreement.

  • We offer full-service catering and beverage options, but outside food and drinks may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to bring your own catering, an additional fee may apply. Alcohol must be served by our licensed bartenders for compliance with state regulations.

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, while cancellations made less than 30 days prior may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking. Please review your rental agreement for full details.

  • Our space is designed to be fully customizable to fit your needs. We provide tables, chairs, a lounge area, a 4K TV for presentations, and a dry-erase board for brainstorming sessions. Need additional setup or special equipment? Let us know, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your event.
