  • STEP 1: Choose from one of our amazing custom mobile bars!

    STEP 2: Pick the bar package that works best for your event.

    STEP 3: Submit your package choice, review the contract, pay the retainer, and relax!

    Note: 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date & mobile bar

    STEP 4: 30 days prior to your event, we’ll review the bar program options, decor, and last minute items with you.

    Step 5: We’ll arrive 2 hours before the event, then we’ll set up our mobile bar, stock the supplies and the beverages, chill the products, and decorate! Now it’s time for you to eat, drink, and party!

  • Our minimum spend is $2,000 for any event Friday-Sunday

    Please keep in mind the amount of tender love and care that goes into planning and executing an event, mobile bar builds, maintenance and preparation. Each event consists of a 12-hour day to ensure our mobile bars are clean, stocked, and ready-to-go.

  • We accept payments by cash, check (for deposit only), credit card, PayPal, Venmo and wire transfer.

  • We are located in Pasadena, Maryland. We will travel anywhere across the state. We offer free travel for the first 30 miles. A $2.50 per mile charge will be added after the first 30 miles from 21122, and then it will be applied to the final invoice.

  • Our mobile bars require flat ground, clear entry, and access to a power outlet.

  • Blind Tiger Mobile Bar Co. has Liquor Liability, General Liability Insurance, and a Maryland Food & Beverage Catering License.

  • In the event your event is canceled or postponed, you may change the date of the rental. Final head count is due 14 days prior if increasing from the quoted amount. If no increase, the amount will be based off this proposal.

  • The client is responsible for event weatherproofing. We are happy to work with your vendor to select the appropriate sized tent. If the event date gets moved because of rain, we are happy to see if we can accommodate the new date or suggest other available dates for our services.

  • Absolutely! We specialize in fresh fruit and herb spirit-free cocktails. We also have lemonade, fresh brewed iced tea, and soda bar services.

  • 15% Admin and Production fee will be added to all invoices. 20% gratuity will be added to final invoice unless the host opts in for a tip jar.

  • Gratuity is at the discretion of the client. We do not include gratuity in the price.

    We have 2 gratuity structures.

    1: Client pays 20% gratuity, tip jar optional.

    2: Client pays 12% gratuity and allow a tip jar to be put out for guest to tip.

    Our online payment system allows you to add gratuity at the time of payment or you can also tip via cash or Venmo. Tip jars are removed from the bar if client provides gratuity.
